ICOC Philippines 36 years strong — still reaching

Published

ICOC Philippines celebrates 36 years of building faith, family, and community since its first worship service in 1988.

What began as a small group of disciples has grown into a nationwide movement committed to making disciples and living out the teachings of Jesus. For over three decades, the church has baptized new believers, planted churches nationwide, and supported one another through challenges and victories.

This year, the church moves forward under the theme REACH, a call to expand its mission and bring the gospel to more people nationwide. Leaders and members believe God continues to open new doors and stir hearts to carry His message further.

Two anniversary gatherings will take place this July to mark the milestone:

    •    The Southwest Geo-Region will gather on Saturday, July 20, at 10 a.m. at the Makati Coliseum in Makati City.
    •    The Northeast Geo-Region will come together on Saturday, July 27, at 1:30 p.m. at the UP Bahay ng Alumni in Diliman, Quezon City.

Each gathering will include worship, fellowship, and messages focused on the mission and vision of the church moving forward.

The theme draws from 2 Corinthians 4:15 (NIV): “All this is for your benefit, so that the grace that is reaching more and more people may cause thanksgiving to overflow to the glory of God.”

As the church looks back on its 36-year journey, it also moves forward with renewed faith and vision.

Leaders are calling on disciples, families, and friends to take partthrough prayer, worship, and active involvement.

With hearts aligned and mission in focus, the church believes God will continue to work powerfully through his people in the years ahead.
