Excitement is building as the REACH VisMin Conference 2025 kicks off on August 22 to 24 at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel.

As of July 31, over 600 participants from the International Churches of Christ (ICOC) family in Visayas and Mindanao have already registered, reflecting the growing anticipation across these regions.

The conference also welcomes disciples from other ICOC Philippines churches, all eager to take part in this faith-filled weekend—the first regional gathering of its kind since ICOC Cebu, formerly known as the Metro Cebu Christian Church, last hosted it more than 20 years ago.

Anchoring the entire weekend is the theme REACH, drawn from 2 Corinthians 4:15 (NLT)—a call to bring glory to God through grateful hearts.

The theme unfolds in three movements: Reach Up, which invites disciples to draw near to God in deeper intimacy; Reach In, which helps them embrace their identity in Christ and live from a place of healing and wholeness; and Reach Out, which sends them into the world with compassion, bringing light, love, and hope to those still searching. This spiritual journey shapes the heart of the conference, giving each session deeper meaning.

The hosts announced the full program for the REACH VisMin Conference 2025, featuring a packed schedule of lessons, worship, and ministry-focused sessions.

The conference begins with a keynote message, “Reach One, Each One,” delivered by Danny and Girlie Cabadsan, who lead ICOC Cebu as Evangelist and Women’s Ministry Leader.

On the second day, disciples will gather, sing, and pray during the morning devotional, “Reach Up,” before they join ministry breakout sessions:

  • Anthony and Saun Galang of the Oahu Church of Christ will teach “Reaching New Heights” for the Marrieds Ministry.

  • ICOC Philippines Teacher Rolan and Weng Monje of ICOC Pasig will lead “Reaching Your Full Potential”  for singles and youth.

  • Mark and Patsy Remijan of the Bangkok Christian Church will guide the class “Holistic Well-being Within Your Reach”  for mature Christians.

  • Arthur and Nikki Geronimo of ICOC Tagum will facilitate “Reach Out and Touch!” for the Youth Ministry.

  • Tessa Vu of the Metro LA Church of Christ will lead a special Moms class.

The conference ends with a celebration of ICOC Cebu’s 35th anniversary on Sunday, August 24. Chester and Sirikit Umaguing of the Bangkok Christian Church will deliver the closing main message.

As disciples gather, God moves—and the reach of his love stretches farther than ever before.
